Our client is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to join their team. This role plays a critical leadership position in:

• Global financial consolidation
• Technical accounting
• M&A accounting

The ideal candidate is a business partner with strong analytical skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.

In this role, the key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and managing the global financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Technical accounting guidance, driving improvements in policies and best practices.
• Leading the preparation and review of internal and external financial statements.
• Accounting for newly acquired companies, ensuring seamless integration into consolidated financials.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhancing efficiency in financial operations
• Overseeing external audit coordination and lender reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Developing, mentoring, and leading a high-performing accounting team.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
• 6 years of progressive accounting experience, with a blend of public accounting and industry experience strongly preferred.
• Expertise in global consolidations, FX treatment, and technical accounting leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
