Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing and friendly receptionist for our law firm. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent time management, and the ability to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome our clients, maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking down information for new clients.
- Manage and schedule attorney meetings on the calendar.
- Perform duties such as filing documents, handling client information, and maintaining records.
- Support team members with various tasks to enhance overall office efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with calendar management is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a professional demeanor are essential for this role.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
