The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is a dynamic, entry-level role crafted to equip you for a Store Management position in just 18-24 months. Embracing a promote-from-within philosophy, this program paves the way for you to advance to an Assistant Store Manager upon successfully completing the initial 6-8 weeks of training.
Your typical schedule will involve 44 hours a week, which may include evenings and / or weekends.
Throughout the program, you will work closely with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, providing leadership and insights into the development and strategy of your store. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of operations, clients, and internal strategies, enabling you to contribute significantly to the team’s success.
