As a valued Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include :
- Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service
- Engaging with customers in person and via phone to determine their needs and suggest suitable products
- Building and nurturing trusted relationships with both wholesale and retail clients
- Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies
- Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas
- Providing customers with mixed products tailored to their specifications
- Restocking shelves and assembling attractive product displays
