Job Description :
The Customer Service Representative supports the contact center by assisting customers through inbound and outbound calls and emails. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to detail, excel in communication and possess strong problem-solving skills. The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Provide superior customer experience via inbound telephone calls in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
- Assume ownership of customer requests and handle them efficiently, accurately and professionally.
- Quickly build rapport and respond to customers with compassion, exceeding expectations by providing respectful, accurate and timely service.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain performance and quality standards.
- Analyze information to make informed decisions and solve problems, while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Learn basic personal lines insurance principles.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to enhance the customer experience.
- Work 40 hours per week on a scheduled shift between 7 : 00 a.m. and 8 : 00 p.m. CST; availability for overtime and weekends as needed.
- Assist with special requests and complete additional tasks and other projects assigned.

Pay Range :
The anticipated pay range for this role is $23-25 per hour.
