In this part-time position, you will have the opportunity to work at Store #8065, located at 979 W. State Street, Hurricane, UT 84737. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and can contribute to achieving our sales goals.
Your role will involve :
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
- Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Building productive and trustful relationships with customers.
- Accurately processing sales transactions and maintaining compliance with policies.
- Striving to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas.
- Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse, mixing and tinting products as requested.
- Stocking shelves and setting up attractive displays.
- Keeping store equipment clean and assisting with deliveries as needed.
- Ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked and presentable.
- Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and discussing available options with customers.
- Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting improvements for sales.
