This position is vital to our retail operations. Customer Experience Specialists engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries about our products, and provide tailored recommendations. Our specialists are committed to resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring top-notch client satisfaction while keeping abreast of product developments. You will help maintain the high standards of product quality and visual appeal within the store. Your role also includes achieving outstanding customer service while meeting the store’s sales objectives.
As the selected candidate, you will be required to work at Store #1936, located at : 2758 Lyons Rd, Miamisburg, OH 45242. This is a full-time position with a starting rate of $15.50.
