We're currently looking for a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving customer concerns, and promoting our products and services to meet sales goals.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Processing sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish, and have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
