Job Purpose
The Billing Clerk is responsible for providing daily shipping activity support by generating required paperwork, creating and distributing operational paperwork to warehouse staff. All hours are subject to change as mandatory OT does occur and off days do get cancelled at times.

Key Responsibilities
The Billing Clerk will be assigned duties, based on organizational needs and priorities.
- Responsible for providing daily shipping and transportation support by generating required paperwork. (i.e., ICD's, driver manifest.
- Provide operational support to employees (i.e., reading order labels, passing out loads, help with equipment issues, reprinting labels, printing audit sheets, resetting batches, etc.
- Create and distribute operational paperwork for warehouse staff. ( Bombing, passing out bills.
- Bill all runs once turned in(invoicing).
- Keep record of work assignments on appropriate log sheets( dock assignment sheet/board, load review.
- Read order labels and assist break down of runs for employees.
- Break down paperwork for runs.
- Check back ordered items for employees.
- Bill all runs once turned in.
- Run invoices and runners once billed.
- Transmit all cross dock on appropriate days. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.
- Make copies of Store Tags and log sheets when needed in office.

- High school diploma or equivalent training and experience
- At least 18 years of age
