Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with businesses to assess their insurance needs and provide expert advice, including in-depth consultations and policy evaluations tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
Outbound Outreach: Skillfully conduct outbound calls and outreach efforts to identify and engage potential clients in the commercial mid-market. Responsible for setting appointments, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and building effective client relationships.
Risk Assessment: Analyze business risks and recommend appropriate insurance products to mitigate potential losses, ensuring clients receive the most suitable coverage options.
Client Advocacy: Serve as a dedicated advocate for clients throughout the insurance process, from initial contact to policy renewal, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times.
Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to better advise clients on their insurance options and ensure compliance with current regulations.
Requirements
Licensing: You'll be required to have a California Property & Casualty license or switch your active state license to California
Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance sales or related field is required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, bilingual is a plus.
Social Media Proficiency: Confident and proficient in utilizing social media platforms to enhance business visibility and engage with clients. Experience in leveraging social media for brand promotion and client interaction is highly desired. Engagement responsibility.
