Job SummaryMonitor and assist the maintenance of all SHI's Austin facilities systems and buildings, provide support to SHI employees, as required. - Distributes packages and materials to the different departments of the company.
- Maintains incoming and outgoing shipment / mail logs.
- Responsible for weekly (and bi-weekly, if necessary) inventory checks
- Restocks office and kitchen supplies companywide in a timely basis.
- Places orders with Office Assistants to maintain inventory levels.
- Reports any issues with the building or garage to lead or manager.
- Helps leadership and other departments with projects as needed.
- Maintains company vehicles, keeps an eye on fluid levels.
- Reports any vehicle issue or concerns to facilities lead or manager
- Sets up conference rooms and training rooms upon request from Austin management
- Assist with setting up catering for various events
- Cover front desk, if needed
- Assists building engineer, as needed.
- May be some travel requestedQualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must have a Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- 1 year experience in package handling
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordRequired Skills
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to use PC's or Laptops to monitor inventories reorder supplies and write reports.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of assignment.
- Ability to work extra hours as needed
- Complete assignments in a timely manner.
- May be required to stoop, bend, kneel and squat for extended periods of time.
- May be required to lift and move items up to 70lbs.Certifications RequiredA successful candidate must possess the following certification, if the certification is not held at time of hire, the candidate must obtain it within a short period of acting in the role.Unique Requirements

- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $31,200 - $40,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
