Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Administer general HR duties such as onboarding, benefits, career engagement, and employee relations.
- Cross-train and develop knowledge of all Human Resources functions to provide support across the HR department.
- Manage and coordinate ER case load. Handle and investigate complaints, grievances, and employee escalations. Provide expert guidance to management to resolve complex ER issues and ensure a fair and compliant resolution.
- Provide effective HR advisory service to senior leaders, managers, and employees covering various HR matters.
- Facilitate orientations and other presentations representing HR’s initiatives to new hires and existing employees.
- Assist with system updates and improvements for enhanced HR operations and efficiency.
- Develop and draft policies that relate to HR practices for improved employee experience and compliance.
- Lead on policy development and implementation, ensuring compliance with local laws, legislation, and best practices.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as grievances received or investigation outcomes, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Conduct HR audits to identify areas of non-compliance, including periodic reviews of internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology preferred)
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a HR Generalist role
- Employee Relations experience, including managing end-to-end complex cases with minimal supervision.
- Thorough understanding of employment law, regulations, and best practices.

Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
