Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling hot leads, reaching out for renewals, getting necessary documents and merchant follow ups . This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Duties
- Calling hot leads, selling renewals, getting documents and follow ups.
- Manage daily office operations and provide clerical support as needed.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation and data entry.
- Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and providing information.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly stored.

- English speaking

- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
