The role of the Investor Relations Analyst is to compile, analyze and summarize data and other information. This is a full time on-site position and will require reporting to our offices located in Campbell, CA.
Responsibilities, Skills & Hands-On Experience
- Develop strong industry and company knowledge.
- Identify and screen potential investors.
- Perform market research to help identify new investment trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing investors.
- Maintain and track investor and market research within CRM system.
- Maintain the integrity of CRM system as well as improve its functionality.
- Track and distribute relevant industry data and insight.
- Research potential competitors.
- Assist with creation of investor presentation materials and investor targeting initiatives.
- Develop content for social media such as LinkedIn, website blogs, etc.
- Apply critical thinking skills to identify and source data and distill information effectively to communicate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand fashion.
- Develop and track various data metrics and other support materials utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Must be results oriented with an ability to work independently and proactively.
- Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to produce well designed professional looking PowerPoint presentations.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Finance or Marketing.
- 2-5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Consulting, Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or Innovation Hubs/Incubators.
Our salary ranges are calculated by role and level. Your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, and training/certifications. In addition to those factors, we also examine internal equity as well as consider current market rate, and title may be assessed one level lower or higher accordingly. After you join the company your performance, contributions, and results along with business and organizational needs will affect your base salary. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $100,000 to $140,000 equity benefits.
