What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Specialist position at Shift Consultation LLC?
Shift Consultation provides behavioral health support in the state of Oregon. Our team works with aging adults and people with disabilities to improve their quality of life through environmental modifications and care team training. We are looking to hire an assistant behavior specialist to perform in-home visits for our clients in Bend, Sisters, Redmond, La Pine and in Deschutes County. This role is part time with variable hours. All drive time to and from client visits is compensated at their normal hourly rate. The hourly rate for this position varies depending on experience level.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation, Auto Insurance
Experience working with aging adults and/or people with disabilities
Bachelors Degree in relevant field required - Psychology, Education, Childhood Development, Social Work
Strong communication skills
