What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Shift Consultation LLC?
Shift Consultation LLC provides behavioral health support in the state of Oregon. We are growing our ABA therapy services in Southern Oregon and are looking for focused, kind and experienced BCBAs to support our clients in Medford, Ashland and surrounding areas.
This position will be hybrid - a mix of direct work in clients homes and some remote work. You will be working directly with families and will also be supervising RBTs. We will grow your caseload slowly starting with part time but it is likely that this position can be turned into a full time caseload.
