Whether you're just getting started or looking to build on your early HR experience, this role offers hands-on exposure to many foundational aspects of Human Resources, including onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
- Manage employee records, ADP reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support recruitment efforts by leading coordination for on-site interviews and assisting with interview scheduling and logistics.
- Assist with employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while supporting compliance training and HR processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Up to 2 years of experience in HR, administrative, or operational support—internship experience is welcome and may count in place of full-time experience
- A degree or major in Human Resources or a related field is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities—you enjoy supporting and connecting with people.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and learning new HR systems.
- Experience with tools like ADP and Jobvite is a bonus.
- A self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
