We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce administrator to ensure that our organization capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. In this role, your duties will include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales and product databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.
To ensure success as a Salesforce administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce administrators ensure that their Salesforce expertise translates into optimized sales department operations.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
- Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Work with users to collect feature requests and help implement, as well as resolve any system issues
- Assist with bulk imports and exports of data
- Manage users, roles, hierarchies, and security settings
- User training and assistance
Qualifications:
4-6 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of SQL Server or academic study of SQL is preferred.
- Experience in the FinTech sector (payments, banking) is a plus.
- A successful candidate will also exhibit a strong to desire to learn and understand all aspects of the company's operations and be able to interact directly with other departments.
Education:
- 4 year degree in Information Technology or Computer Ccience. Degrees in similar analytical areas of study will also be considered.
- Salesforce Admin I Certification is required.
- Salesforce Admin II Certification is preferred.
