Business Process Analyst - Job Description
The Business Process Analyst will report to the Client Transformation Enablement Manager in Jacksonville, FL and support the Client Business team in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting current practices, workflows, and business needs as part of the ongoing digital transformation. Collaboration with business areas within Client will be a key success criterion for this person. Role will be fully onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate discovery and design of cross-functional processes (current and future state)
- Document, analyze, and trace current and future processes, procedures, and metadata to business capabilities, pain points, needs, use cases, etc.
- Suggest improvements and automation opportunities to increase process efficiency, speed, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Partner closely and build strong relationships with technology and business stakeholders
- Maintain and foster relationships and trust with key partners throughout the company
- Provide expert level consulting to business leaders to develop appropriate analyses, metrics, and research
- Perform other essential duties as assigned
