Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning / Project Coordinator

Location : Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. / Some Hybrid

Duration : 3 yrs

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

1. 3 years of project coordination experience.

2. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

3. Product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to the Oracle products a plus.

4. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet assigned deadlines.

5. Demonstrated competence in sustaining project timelines and schedules.

6. Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

7. Effective communication, written and verbal skills including the ability to synchronize calendars and timelines, schedule meetings and appointments, check budgets, and assist the project management team where needed.

8. Ability to commit to this project for approximately 30 months (2 12 years) to 36 months (3 years).

9. Ability to use project tracking tools such as Microsoft Suite and Google .

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist with project related tasks from initiation through deployment, capturing

and maintaining scope changes and requirements, schedules, budgets, and project implementation plans.

2. Assist with planning project activities such as but not limited to scheduling meetings, minute-taking, managing the project calendar, maintaining

communication distribution lists, and project team management.

3. Gain a complete understanding of the objectives of the project including the timeline, budget, and outcomes anticipated.

4. Coordinate communications with project vendors.

5. Maintain continuous communication with both the District's and Oracle's Project Manager and Teams to ensure all deliverables are met and the

project remains on time and within budget.
