How you will make a difference
As a technical member of the digital transformation team candidate will be responsible for Workday
Integration Design and Development. As a member of this team, you will take direction from Architect and Project Lead(s) on development and platform activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements, including data exchange, transformation, and workflow automation.
- Design, develop, and implement custom integrations between Workday and external systems (payment gateways) using Workday's integration tools and technologies.
- Create and configure integration connectors, and custom web services to support data synchronization and process automation.
- Ensure the integration solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and comply with data privacy regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve integration-related problems.
- Provide technical guidance, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Create technical documentation including integration design specifications, integration mappings, and test plan
- Conduct integration testing, including unit testing, and end-to- end testing, to ensure successful deployment and minimize system disruptions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Understand integration Architecture concepts and patterns, including Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, etc.
