Job Description:

Brand Ambassadors are asked to guide our strategic initiatives as we navigate an upcoming phase of growth in 2024.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Act as the face of SHIK Consulting Group, promoting our brand values and initiatives.
• Engage in hands-on experiential marketing events, working closely with clients and customers to create memorable brand experiences.
• Lead small teams in the strategic planning and execution of live events, emphasizing effective communication, versatility, and compassion.
• Act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that all event objectives are met with excellence and professionalism.
• Stay agile and adaptable in a dynamic work environment, proactively addressing challenges and seizing opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in marketing roles, demonstrating strategic thinking and effective team management.
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
• A passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful impact through marketing efforts.
• Experience in experiential marketing or event management is advantageous but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
