• Establish and maintain your own clinic within our facility or in your own facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Build and nurture relationships with patients, fostering long-term loyalty and trust.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and referrals, ensuring seamless and coordinated healthcare services.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and promote the growth of your practice.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.

Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Las Cruces, NM.
• Ownership or interest in owning your own clinic in the Las Cruces, NM area.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in primary care, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen, with a passion for building and growing a successful practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, staff, and community partners.
