- Oversee all aspects of the business, including production, logistics, and supply chain management.

- Ensure compliance with all required OSHA, ISO, and other required standards.
- Maintain best practices in all areas of operations, including equipment installation, safety, 5S, quality, lean, preventative maintenance, etc.
