Job Description

Shine Bright Therapy provides support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other related disabilities and their families using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This is an opportunity to work with amazing children and their families as a Registered Behavior Technician!
Shine Bright Therapy provides training & supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), flexible schedules, competitive pay, and a professional development stipend.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work in the clinic, home, school, and/or community settings
- Create a fun and supportive learning environment
- Implement behavior treatment plan and other programs as designed by the BCBA
- Promote the development of functional communication skills
- Provide instruction on social skills (i.e. social interactions, play behavior, and conversational skills)
- Support independence with adaptive living skills (daily routines) training
- Collect clinical data and track progress using industry leading software
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (Required)
- Medicaid Provider ID number (Required)
- Ability to communicate effectively, utilizing both written and verbal skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
- Compassionate and understanding
- Legal authorization to work in the United States of America
- Pass a local and state FDLE background screening
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with persons with disabilities

Salary: $20.00 to $28.00 /hour based on experience
