Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Success: Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients to boost sales and expand our market presence.
- Prospecting: Conduct territory sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up.
- Collaborate for Excellence: Work alongside internal teams to provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns, and exceed expectations.
- Leverage Technology: Use Salesforce to manage accounts, track sales activity, and analyze performance metrics to stay on top of your game.
- Expand Your Network: Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings, building relationships that drive business growth.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for strategic planning.
- Achieve Your Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory and account management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Experience: A strong background in territory sales, inside sales, or outside sales, with a knack for closing deals and building long-lasting client relationships. ( Will Train The Right Person)
- B2B and Direct Sales Expertise: Experience with B2B sales and direct sales techniques, enabling you to successfully engage with clients in diverse industries.
- Leverage Technology: Use Salesforce to manage accounts, track sales activity, and analyze performance metrics to stay on top of your game.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to connect with clients through a CRM and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, building rapport and trust.
