We are a reputable Construction Management Firm located in Westchester County, dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with precision and efficiency. We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Autodesk Build, Procore, and other construction management software for efficient project tracking and document management.
- Coordinate with Multiple Prime Contractors, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with NYS Wicks Law requirements.
- Implement project management techniques to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure successful project completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage construction schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Utilize Suretrak, MS Office, and other project management tools to track progress and facilitate communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Multiple Prime Contractors under NYS Wicks Law and School Construction (Highly Preferred).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Build, Suretrak, MS Office, and Procore (Highly Preferred).
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
