Key Responsibilities:

Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services with precision and care.

Assist in the installation of holiday and landscape lighting.

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all job sites.

Handle equipment responsibly and ensure proper maintenance and storage.

Communicate professionally with customers, addressing their questions or concerns on-site.

Work collaboratively with the crew leader and other team members to complete jobs efficiently.

Assist with job site setup, breakdown, and cleanup.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in home services or similar industries is a plus but not required.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
