What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Cleaning Technician Entry Level or Experienced position at Shine of Macomb?
Our company is a window cleaning company during the seasons of spring, summer and fall. Then during the holiday season we put up Christmas lights on residential and commercial properties.

What this role does specifically:
- Will show up in the morning, attend a morning meeting, help load all the vehicles with the proper equipment and route your jobs for the day.
- Is responsible for calling clients on the way to their property.
- Arrive at the property and greet the homeowner or property manager.
- Cleaning windows, pressure washing, cleaning gutters, and/or installing Christmas lights is apart of the job that you will be doing.
- It is your responsibility to complete a job site inspection along with your Crew Leader. Make sure everything is accounted for and packed away nicely.
- You will then collect payment and move on to the next job site.
- At the end of the day you will come back to shop and clean your vehicle inside and out, keeping it organized and stocked up on any items that you will need for the next day.
Physical demands:
- Commercial and residential window cleaning
- Fast paced labor intensive work
- Bending, reaching for long hours
- Ladder and roof work
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service for face to face interactions with clients
- Trustworthy to deal with high end clients
- Landscaping/ outdoor experience is a huge plus
- Ladder work is a also a huge work
- Not afraid of heights REQUIRED
- Clean cut/ professional looking
- Safety is TOP priority
