Job Title:Administrative Assistant *ASAP*

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing essential support to our office and team members. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and update records as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Provide support for event coordination and administrative projects.
  • Greet visitors and ensure a professional office environment.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
