POSITION SUMMARY
**This is not a REMOTE position**
The Recruiter will act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers and will be the key person in charge of overseeing the fulfillment of sales position needs with a keen sense of awareness. The primary duty of a Recruiter is to collect and manage all data pertaining to the recruiting and hiring of new employees. The objective for this position is to recruit and attract talent, sell the company culture to potential employees and directly grow the team. Will work under the direct supervision of the Chief Revenue Officer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
External recruiting is a sales function and requires a talented sales-minded individual. Key responsibilities include full lifecycle recruiting at all levels. Source and recruit for open positions. Posting new jobs online with appropriate details, reviewing resumes for candidate selection and contacting potential candidates for a brief phone screen. Additionally, Recruiter may be asked to conduct group interviews with multiple candidates at the same time. Will coordinate interviews with managers according to their schedules and contact new hires and set expectations for onboarding.
EXAMPLES OF WORK
· Fills the candidate pipeline with qualified candidates.
· Sources and attracts talent across teams.
· Identifies potential candidates on sourcing sites (i.e., really, Handshake, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Creates verbiage to reach out to potential candidates and attracts them to apply for open positions.
· Serves as the initial point of contact for candidates to learn about the organization.
· Attends relevant professional networking events in the area.
· Attends career fairs and recruitment events (some events might be after hours).
· Works with hiring managers to understand job requirements and what ideal candidates look like for each role.
· Learns about best practices in the recruitment process and creates an exceptional candidate experience while contributing ideas and suggestions.
· Recruits candidates, screen resumes, interviews candidates, administers appropriate assessments and completes additional needs.
· Delivers employment offers for direct placement, full-time, part-time or internship positions for those that meet established standards.
· Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, policies, etc.) as needed.
· Meets or exceeds established team goals, individual goals, client orientations, quality results and retention.
· Inputs, updates, and maintains accurate documentation, tracking and status of candidates, including records on applicant tracking system.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2 years of experience as an HR Administrator and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with CRM software like ADP, BambooHR, Workday, Kronos, Sage, etc.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have to ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary between $75,000 – 85,000 per year. Annual Bonus (paid quarterly) equal to approximately 50% of annual salary
