Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role in HR.
- Strong knowledge of conflict management, performance management, and workforce management principles.
- Familiarity with SAP and Ceridian software for HR functions.
- In-depth understanding of employment labor laws and organizational design principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
