Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Market for Greenville, SC, to lead Shinyu’s expansion into the area. This leadership role is designed for someone who wants to focus on what matters most—pets, pet parents, and pet caregivers—while leaving the technology and operations in our hands.
Shinyu’s platform simplifies bookings, payments, and client communications, so you can dedicate your time to building relationships and ensuring exceptional pet care experiences in Greenville.
As the Head of Market, you’ll be the face of Shinyu locally, creating a trusted pet care community and playing a pivotal role in our growth.
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding and Support: Welcome new clients and ensure ongoing their needs are met with premium service.
- Caregiver Vetting: Personally interview and vet caregivers to uphold Shinyu’s high standards of trust and quality.
- Community Building: Build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and local pet care networks to establish Shinyu as Greenville’s go-to pet care provider.
- Operational Excellence: Focus on service quality while our platform handles the technology and logistics.
- Revenue Growth: Earn a percentage of market revenue, with opportunities to grow your share and income as the market thrives.
Qualifications
- Experience in pet care, customer service, or operations management (preferred).
- A passion for pets and providing exceptional care.
- Proven ability to build relationships and lead a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Greenville community is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Hourly Rate: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Long term this becomes a salaried position.
