What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Server position at SHION 69 Leonard Street?
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 6 months experience in Hospitality and specifically in Front of House service, preferably in fine dining and or 'omakase style' counter dining.
The candidate should possess good communication skills, an ability to work with others as a team, adaptability, and a rudimentary understanding of wine and sake. A basic proficiency in Japanese food culture and language is a plus but not required.
