What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAREER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER position at ShipIt?
ShipIt, shipping 4.5 million orders a year, is here to fulfill, meet, and exceed customer expectations.
We are looking for a Career Development Manager who will ensure that all team members are properly equipped, trained, and supported with up-to-date job materials.
What you will do:
- Oversee the creation of all job position materials and ensures they are updated and corrected every 6 months
- Ensure all team members receive their job position folders and return them when they leave the company or change positions
- Invite and remind team members of their training programs
- Check team members monthly to ensure they understand their job responsibilities
- Send out a weekly quote from our training library to the managers in the company
- Create and manage trackers to ensure production
- Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for the team
- Provide necessary training to the team
- Create programs to improve team production and efficiency
- Constantly learn by taking advantage of training opportunities to improve communication and management abilities

- Ability to quickly learn things that you have no experience with
- Ability to prioritize tasks in the correct order of importance

- Public speaking skills
- Ability to to give trainings on small scales and big scales
- Ability to keep the standards, policies of the company, quotas, and expectations without compromise
Pay: $18 an hour Bonus
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
