Chief Marketing OfficerJob Summary:As the Brand Marketing Director, you will oversee and manage marketing projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate closely with external vendors and cross-functional teams to execute strategic marketing initiatives, working with the marketing and cross functional teams to create comprehensive marketing strategies. This role ensures customer and management satisfaction with new product testing and rollouts, promotional rollouts. You will also coordinate with writers and graphic designers to produce advertising content, manage project timelines through a content calendar, and oversee campaign budgets.Responsibilities and Duties:Manage and supervise marketing projects from beginning to end, including product testing and rollouts, promotional rollouts, and marketing technology rollouts.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors, cross-functional teams, and franchise partners.Collaborate with the brand marketing director to create a strategic marketing strategy and map out tasks needed for implementation.Ensure all partners are aware of and can execute proposed marketing campaigns, product testing, and programs.Manage and execute the content calendar and schedule deadlines for said executions.Oversight of Shipley Co-op Budgets.Work cross-functionally with the BI team to ensure timely results tracking and reporting of all projects.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the brand, its products, and its consumer base to implement effective marketing campaigns.Qualifications, Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Ability to use and develop project management tools, develop Gantt Charts, and other reporting tools.Restaurant, CPG, or hospitality marketing experience preferred.Experience with project management theory and best practices.Ability to lead projects and cross-functional project teams, breaking large and complex projects into manageable tasks and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.Strong analytical skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects independently.Excellent written communication skills.
