What you need to join our team:
Priorities
- Manages to effectively lead and direct all standards, expectations & financial results. Develop all employees through direct feedback, verbal & written
- Staff unit to 100% including developing future shift leads, managers and trainers
- To ensure effectiveness of all store operations, you should work a variety of day parts including open, mid shifts & closings while also working random weekend days
Performance Expectations
- Meet or exceed the financial budget, involving Dine In, Drive Thru & Catering
- Meet or exceed performance expectations (Food, Labor & Supply Costs etc.)
Qualifications
- Previous GM experience required
