Safety Intern

Rate: $15/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Requirements:

·        College student with major related to Safety, Environmental Science, or Human Resources

·        Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

·        Committed to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity, and innovation

·        Proficient in computer technology including Microsoft Applications

·        Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

1. Organize the Certificate if Insurance tracking process

2. Participate in the Annual Osha Facilities Audit

3. Insurance Compliance Audit 

4. Job hazard assessments

5. DEP Compliance issues – regulatory due dates
