Job Responsibilities :

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, particularly in C# and Ruby, and share insights with your team.
• Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable source code using C# and Ruby, ensuring proper version control.
• Write clear documentation and conduct unit testing to maintain high-quality code.
• Tackle complex development assignments with guidance while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from clients, managers, and team members to refine and enhance applications.
• Set and manage project goals and timelines based on product requirements.
• Ensure seamless communication and manage expectations between clients and team members.
• Fully understand project objectives and requirements to drive successful completion.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the development team.
