Your Role as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Lead & Motivate ? Set the tone for a high-performing team, ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Communicate & Collaborate ? Act as the bridge between leadership and warehouse teams, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
- Oversee Daily Operations ? Manage picking, packing, prepping, and inventory tracking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coach & Develop ? Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and performance feedback to help your team succeed.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance ? Enforce safety protocols, oversee forklift certifications, and maintain a secure work environment.
- Optimize Workflow ? Monitor inventory levels, manage returns, and implement improvements for peak productivity.
What You Bring to the Table
- Leadership Experience ? At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
- Warehouse Know-How ? 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong Decision-Making Skills ? Ability to delegate effectively and keep things running smoothly.
- Clear & Confident Communication ? Verbal and written skills that keep the team informed and motivated.
- Physical Readiness ? Comfortable standing and moving for 95% of your shift, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Safety-First Mentality ? A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Position Details
- Salary: Starting at $25.00 per hour
- Schedule: Five days in-person, including one weekend day
- Must be available for weekend shifts
