Your Impact:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell ShipperHQ’s products and services within existing customer accounts
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their business goals and challenges
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure renewals and drive revenue growth
- Work closely with the Implementation and Support Teams to ensure seamless implementation of upsold products or services
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by expanding the use of ShipperHQ’s solutions within the customer base
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback and influence product roadmap decisions
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, or renewals
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product features and benefits
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- You’re adept at navigating ambiguity and excelling in dynamic, rapidly growing organizations. You approach challenges with a positive attitude and take initiative to find solutions
