As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier at Shipwreck you will be the point of contact for our customers.

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space and checkout area.
- Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels as needed.
- Promote additional products through upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with stock management is a plus but not required.
