Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, technology support, and excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, expert technology knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Hours: 34 - 36 Hours
- Days: Monday - Friday (Flexible Hours)
- After 90 Days of Completion - Option of 4-Day Work Week
Duties
- Assist front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all office documents are up-to-date.
- Assist with data entry tasks, including typing and maintaining records in a database system.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as needed.
- Support daily office operations by ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office.
- Assist in any technology needs including but not limited to website edits, e-blast systems, database entry, printer and or computer malfunctions, etc.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required.
