Job Description Summary
The Analyst, HRIS supports the ongoing maintenance of the organization’s human resources systems, including Workday and UKG. This role also supports the implementation of new features and enhancements to existing system functionality and processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees and managers with respect to HRIS inquiries.

Job Description
The Analyst, HRIS will :
Analyze, test and deploy Workday and UKG functionality and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries related to HRIS with exceptional customer service. Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team member when necessary
Process HRIS tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures
Monitor HRIS transactions, identify data issues and take necessary actions to ensure system integrity
Educate end users on Workday and UKG through communication, lunch & learns, training sessions and office hours. Provide end user support
Perform all other duties that may be assigned in the best interest of Shirley Ryan AbilityLab
Reporting Relationships
Reports directly to the Director, Total Rewards.
Kowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or information systems. Will consider a bachelor’s degree in another field if the candidate has HRIS experience
Minimum of 2 years of HRIS experience, including systems testing and troubleshooting, data analysis and updates, documentation and reporting
Workday experience required; UKG experience preferred
Working knowledge of human resources industry and best practices
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all employees
Adability to changing business conditions and priorities
Working Conditions
Normal office environment with little or no exposure to dust or extreme temperature.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range : $65,800 annually - $102,700 annually
