Support Staff - Evening Lead

Description: To assist with and contribute to fulfilling the vision and mission of SHOH by aiding program leadership with a variety of support functions for SHOH's Recovery Program environment.
Responsibilities:
-Assist and contribute to all areas of program support.
- Reception duties: checking security cameras, answering the door and a multi-line phone system, appropriately greeting and assisting visitors, and callers. Operate the copy/printer, proficient computer skills.
- Program support: support intake processes, provide case planning and follow up, and oversee medication times. Support and check evening chores processes, monitor student phone usage, coordinate program meal planning. Monitor entertainment/tv/computer use. Monitor for bedtimes.
- Leadership support: run errands, accept donations, check house inventory and stock supplies, provide staff support for program outings.
- Other duties that assist and support the Recovery Program, as needed, as requested.
Requirements:
-Demonstrates a committed personal relationship with Jesus Christ that includes regular attendance with a Christian body of believers.
-Demonstrates appropriate behaviors and character of a mature Christian.
-Demonstrates passion for the ministry that supports women and children.
-Enthusiastically supportive of SHOH's Statement of Faith and can sign the agreement.
-Experience in faith-based recovery environment preferred.
-Pass a criminal background check and have a current WI driver license and vehicle insurance.
Education/Experience:
-Associate degree in Social Work, or Humanities (or related field) is preferred.
-Experience in faith-based recovery work and recovery centers is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
-Good people skills and good communication skills.
-Ability to learn and manage program tools, i.e., case notes, progress notes, etc. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Word, and Excel is preferred.
-Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a team.
-Ability to support/enforce program guidelines and boundaries.
-Ability to drive a 15 passenger van.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
