The Manufacturing Operator safely loads material and operates assembly equipment according to the procedure.
Main Responsibilities
- Read HMI screens on equipment to operate the equipment.
- Troubleshoot any problems. Escalate to supervisors if assistance is needed.
- Clean equipment and production rooms according to the procedure.
- Perform changeovers
- Work with QC Inspectors to provide samples.
- Ability to spot imperfections or flaws in an assembled device.
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience in FDA regulated environment.
- Quickly adapt to new directions or new responsibilities as needed.
- Knowledge of cGMPs in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA, and NFPA guidelines for safe practices.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting problems with equipment, identifying solutions, recommending, and implementing methods, procedures, and/or techniques for resolution.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
- Understanding and following written and oral instructions.
- Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Need to be extremely organized, logical, and methodical.
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs boxes and work in refrigerators for short periods of time.
- Knowledge with SAP systems is a plus.
- Able to work Monday to Friday 1:00PM - 09:30 PM, flex to do OT.
