We are a well-established, family-run perishable import business with over 35 years of success and growth. We’re currently looking for an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE whiz to join our close-knit team! The ideal candidate is highly organized and has a solid background in QuickBooks and Excel. Key responsibilities include:
• Processing client invoices,
• Posting credits and payments,
• Sending and managing monthly statements
• Light administrative tasks and document filing.
This is a position requiring 30 to 36 hours per week based in Sedona, AZ. Once you're comfortable in the role, we’re happy to offer the flexibility of working from home a few days each week.
