A Day in the Office Looks Like This :

The Procurement Specialist supports clients in coordinating with project managers, vendors, receivers, and our internal accounting team to ensure all items are purchased, expedited, received, and ready for installation to meet project deadlines.

  • Responsible for all phases of purchasing and procurement, including requesting vendor quotes, reviewing purchase orders, entering client payments, and coordinating vendor payments
  • Coordinates and communicates with vendors, designers, and clients regarding approvals; item status; delivery dates for receiving, storage, and delivery teams; and install dates
  • Prepares paperwork required for site visits, installs, and photo shoots
  • Collaborates closely with internal accounting team
  • Promotes and maintains relationships with vendors and third parties on behalf of the clients
  • Provides reports for internal management, such as the weekly procurement analysis report

  • Supervisory Responsibilities

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Work Environment

    Indoor office environment. Normal work hours are 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 AM Central Monday through Friday with one hour for lunch. There may be a need to work outside of normal work hours or weekends to meet project deadlines. Some local travel may be required. There may be a rare occasion that requires overnight travel.

    Physical Demands

    This is a largely sedentary role and requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, operate a keyboard, and communicate clearly and effectively on the phone, in-person, and via written communication. Some work performed requires the ability to lift as much as 25 pounds, sit, stand, and walk.

    Work Authorization Requirement

    Must be authorized to work in the US when an offer of employment is accepted. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.

    Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Industry knowledge preferred but not required
  • Experience with StudioDesigner and Ajera preferred but not required
