Mandatory training will be April 4th-April 6th
Reports to – Guest Relations Retail Manager
Job Summary – Serve customers with a Christ-like attitude in our store, concession stand or coffee bar. Be a rockstar while operating point of sale system and/or performing regular stock, inventory operations and learning all functions of the coffee bar. The ability to work in a fast-paced and fun environment in The Station (Retail/Coffee Bar) and Station 2.0 (Concession Stand).
Summary of Essential Functions
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Learn and promote merchandise, share about sales, and create opportunities for adding on sales.
- Ability to learn how to fully operate a retail point of sale and may include opening and closing a register.
- Accurately receive, price, stock, and evaluate inventory in the POS system.
- Stock merchandise on the floor properly and in a neat manner.
- Work independently at The Sation 2.0 concession stand selling recreation tickets, food, and beverages.
- Learn and the espresso machine and the coffee process and all drink offerings to create great drinks.
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment including but not limited to convection oven, popcorn machine, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of Guest Relations Division.
- Assist the other departments and teams of Guest Relations as needed.

Job Related
- Experience in retail and/or inventory a plus.
- Experience working with the public is preferred.
- Ability to communicate well with customers and employees.
- Desire to learn in areas of responsibility such as the Coffee Bar and other duties of the Station.
Physical
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time.
- Ability to push several cases of product on cart up and downhill.
- Ability to go up and down a ladder while carrying merchandise weighing up to 25lbs and place it on a shelf.
- Ability to lift and place onto shelving from the floor packages weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to operate commercial grade kitchen equipment, such as espresso machine, confection oven and popcorn machine.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and details and perform assigned duties in a pleasant and competent manner.
