The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client requests, fostering strong relationships, implementing marketing and email campaigns to drive interest and being a liaison between departments. This role requires a blend of marketing knowledge and sales expertise, with a focus on collaboration and effective communication. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in customer needs to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strategies for acquiring new anccounts and expanding market presence.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and educate them on solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role preferred.
- Self motivated and goal driven.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in using email marketing campaigns.
- Establish processes to enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
